COPYRIGHT & PERMISSIONS
• as the artist, i have the full right of the artwork
• i may post your commission on my dA gallery or my social medias 
• always credit me. never claim the art as your own
• commissions may only be used by their commissioners
• my commissions are for personal use only
• do not edit, trace, or copy my work in any way
• do not redistribute, reproduce, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned work whether for real or digital currency
• you may repost the commission only on your social networks, with proper credit

CORRECTIONS & REVISIONS
• i will not re-do a commission
• i have the right to refuse to correct or revise if the product does not violate any agreements set at the time of ordering
• minor errors can be fixed for no extra cost
• please don’t ask for changes if if they are not errors. otherwise a small fee will be incurred
• these terms apply to all types of commissions

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
• an additonal charge of $5-10 may apply if your character has a complex design
• non-negotiable
• stuff that may increase price: lots of colours/details, frills, laces, large wings, large tail, accessories, special effects
• complex background

REFUNDS
• not started: full refund
• started: half refund
• completed: no refund

DELIVERY
• please be patient and do not rush me, I remember!
• I have completed all orders that have been paid for, so be assured that I will attend to your order no matter what (in other words, i won't scam you don't worry)
• I can send you WIPs, just ask me!

PAYMENT
• I only accept paypal
all payments are made upfront. i will only work after payment is received
• PAYPAL: please include your paypal address in the form so i can send an invoice!
